<p>The Cantonment Board Citizen Assistance and Rapid Execution (CBCARE) System has been implemented by the Military Lands and Cantonments Department across all cantonments in Pakistan. The system includes a mobile application integrated with designated CBCARE Centers, which serve as the primary point of contact for the public. The app functions as a supplementary communication channel, facilitating interaction between residents and Cantonment Boards. Key features of the application include:</p>

<li>Allowing verification of Computerized Challans issued by the Cantonment Board</li>
<li>Providing a platform to register complaints related to Cantonment Board services</li>
<li>Offering guidance on SOPs and procedures for submitting applications to the Cantonment Board</li>
<li>Locating ML&C Department offices nationwide via an interactive map</li>
</ul>
<p>This system aims to enhance transparency and streamline service delivery within cantonments, although its effectiveness in practice remains subject to ongoing evaluation.</p>
