The Cantonment Board Citizen Assistance and Rapid Execution (CBCARE) System has been implemented by the Military Lands and Cantonments Department across all cantonments in Pakistan. The system includes a mobile application integrated with designated CBCARE Centers, which serve as the primary point of contact for the public. The app functions as a supplementary communication channel, facilitating interaction between residents and Cantonment Boards. Key features of the application include:

• Enabling users to track applications submitted through CBCARE Centers
• Allowing verification of Computerized Challans issued by the Cantonment Board
• Providing a platform to register complaints related to Cantonment Board services
• Offering guidance on SOPs and procedures for submitting applications to the Cantonment Board
• Locating ML&C Department offices nationwide via an interactive map

This system aims to enhance transparency and streamline service delivery within cantonments, although its effectiveness in practice remains subject to ongoing evaluation.
